Notable Cast Changes in 2024

Kelly Monaco, renowned for her portrayal of Sam McCall, is taking a temporary hiatus from the show. Chloe Lanier, who brought Nelle to life, has permanently departed from the series as of January 9, 2024.

It seems that in 2023, Lulu Spencer will finally be making a comeback to General Hospital after being away for a bit. Her character, played by Emme Rylan, has been in a coma since a tragic explosion incident in December 2020, and there hasn't been much improvement.
