Poor quality service. Waited a long time in Luke warm water for pedicure to begin. Very quick process of clipping, massaging , and polish (which was sort of sloppy). Manicure was the same quick process and sloppy. I ended up removing the polish within 2 days. I will not return.

I got a pedicure and they were very rough on my feet. I'm pretty uncomfortable, even the day after. I was scraped and cut. The rest of the service was uncomfortable and the chemicals used burned the scrapes. My toenails were cut in strange shapes as well. I recommend going somewhere else.

I went to Q Nails a few weeks ago for a pedicure. The experience was good and the nail tech did and excellent job. I was impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the salon. I returned to Q Nails for another pedicure and to get gel nails. I had a male nail tech who worked with me. My experience with this nail tech was unpleasant and I will not be returning to this nail salon. Although he did a good job with the pedicure and gel nails, he was rude and condescending. He made comments about my leg tattoo and also made a comment about my manner of speaking. His overall attitude was abrasive and unprofessional. I have been going to nail salons for many years and have never experienced an interaction with any staff as I did with this tech. Not a good reflection on Q Nails in Duluth.

I have been here a few times now and it's always OK. Not great, but not terrible. The gentleman, Andy, who has given my senior mom pedicures, has been very attentive and kind. My recent manicure was fine but nothing exciting.
