Job DescriptionCollections Clerk, $15.00 - $18.00 hr Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various ShiftsEarn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employmentCome and experience the difference with R+L Carriers.R+L Carriers is currently seeking a Collections Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, Ohio. The Collections Specialist position will be responsible for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques, legal claims, and the selective use of outside collection services.
Responsibilities Will Include
Review multiple billing queues to determine credit, authorize collect shipments and identify necessary billing changes.
Coordinate necessary billing changes with Corrections.
Communicate with internal and external contacts for resolution assistance as needed.
Must be professional, self-motivated, energetic, and have excellent attendance.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be result-oriented and solution-driven.
