These sugared cranberries are simply fantastic. They are used to garnish holiday cheesecakes, cupcakes, or baked cakes. They are also a nice garnish for turkey, sweet potatoes, or green beans. 7. Working in batches, roll the dried cranberries in the sugar until well coated. The sugar tends to clump up, so it is best to start with ¼ cup of sugar at a time. Add another ¼ cup of sugar as needed.

8. Once the cranberries are rolled in sugar, spread them on a baking pan to dry for another hour.
9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
