Important Immunization Information for Parents/Guardians of Rising 7th Graders

State law requires all rising 7th graders to have a Meningococcal and Tdap vaccine. Students will be required to have vaccinations completed by the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Immunization records can be emailed to Ms. Thomas, our Data Manager at bwthomas@wcpss.net or please feel free to drop off in the main office for Ms. Thomas. Failure to complete this process may result in your child not being able to attend school, so please be sure to take care of this ASAP.

Students Not Returning to WCPSS Next Year

If your child will not be returning to WCPSS for the 2024-2025 school year, please email our data manager, Ms. Thomas (bwthomas@wcpss.net) as soon as possible to let her know. If you know where your child will attend a school other than WCPSS next year, please include that information in your email. Please also remember to return your child’s Chromebook and any library books or ELA novels before your child’s last day of school.

Student Council Needs Your Help

In preparation for the upcoming testing season, Student Council is hoping to create some small treats for students taking the EOGs on all tracks. As such, if you’d like to assist them by providing donations of Hershey Kisses and/or Jolly Ranchers to help them celebrate their peers, please visit this sign up to help with donations. Please send in all candy to the front office or to Ms. West in room 3707 by May 2nd.
